Wind Mural

Wind Mural was created for the city of New Castle, PA. The sculpture contains over 400 mini wind turbines, and when the wind goes through the alley, the turbine blades spin, generating electricity, lighting up the green or red lights

Wind Mural

Wind Mural is installed on the former Huntington Bank Building in Apple Alley Way, New Castle.

The sculpture is a kinetic, wind-powered light-up mural, integrating abstract wind and water lines with over 400 wind turbines, which are mounted on the alley wall.

The red and green bi-polar LED lights of the sculpture, which can be seen in darkness, are powered directly by the wind.

New Castle-based Bruening Signs and Advertising installed the mural.

The mural is approximately 50 feet long and 13 inches wide.
