Artist Statement

I am a transdisciplinary artist, collaborating with artists and scientists to create accessible installations and artwork communicating complicated systems such as the power grid, the Anthropocene, and positive futures. My practice includes animatronics, data driven interactive games, immersive responsive environments, large scale solar powered public sculptures and community driven projections. I choose mediums that speak to the systems I am interpreting, and employ photovoltaics, basic circuitry, programable media, and recycled postindustrial plastic and metal to accomplish this.
